The following reasons are covered by our 30-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.
1. We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
2. If the picture’s appearance is different from the photo you provided to gemprints.co.uk.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 day return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
1. It is not in its original package or returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2. Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
3. If the item is used and it is not in the same condition as you received it.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our customer service team. One of our representatives will then reply to you via email with instructions. If you require assistance, please Contact Us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
If we approve, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Customers are able to cancel or change their order for free within 6 hours of purchasing. Please note that all canceled or changed orders of personalized items have a 30% restocking fee after 6 hours..
Gemprints.co.uk reserves the right to void refund/return items that show signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond “normal wear,” as deemed by us.
